Monthly Fitness 21 Days consistency Challenge, This event encourages everyone to live a better lifestyle. Choose your own location, timings, and distance to participate in this event.

Let’s take a stand for a healthy lifestyle by cycling, running, walking or yoga. Choose any activity of your choice and do it consistently for 21 days during this month, this will not only benegits you and also become a good habit of being healthy. Study shows that any activity or routine done for 21 days without fail will become your habbit and overcome the excuses given to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Lets work it together and make a routine which keep us healthy always.


  1. To Participate fill out the registration form at our website & Join our Strava Club. Cycling Club & for running and walking
  2. It is very easy to participate in this Challenge, you just have to Ride / Run / Walk wherever you are… just switch on your mobile Strava App. Whenever and wherever you ride, run & walk, Track it with Strava App.
  3. On completion of the activity, submit your activity screenshot on the link provided after registration.
  4. Participants will Cycle / Run / Walk on his / her own responsibility, minors should take prior permission from their parents.
  5. The participant has to like our official page and share his / her image of cycling, running, or walking at our Facebook page
  6. HealMe in any way will not be responsible for any untoward incident if it happens.
  7. HealMe recommends you take every precaution and follow traffic/COVID pandemic rules/protocols.

Note: No manual submission of activity will be acceptable.


  1. Any Gender
  2. Age no bar (Minors can participate with the consent of their parents/guardians)
