Sr.Start your Day
1Copper vessel water
2Yog
34 teaspoon amla juice + 4 teaspoon aloe Vera juice + half cup lauki juice + 5-6 tulsi & pudina leaves each + 2 pinch black pepper + 1 teaspoon ginger juice ( 15 mins after yog )

Sr.Breakfast
1Fruits or curd or sprouts ( 40 mins after juice )
2Herbal tea or Arjun tea or green tea ( after 40 mins )
3Coconut water or lemon water ( 12 pm - 1 pm )
4Fruits ( optional )

Sr.Lunch

Sr.Snacks
14 teaspoon amla juice + 4 teaspoon aloe Vera juice + 2 teaspoon ashvagandha leaves juice ( only for 7 days ) ( gap of 7 days )
2Tomato soup or tea with roasted makhane or kaddukassu or chia seeds (after 30 mins )

Sr.Dinner
1Hari moong daal soup + Ghia , Palak & zucchini soup or veg soup or boiled veggies ( 8 Pm - 8.30 pm )
