7 Days Diet Plan


Sr.Start your Day
1Drink water in copper utensil (kept overnight) - 3 Glasses as mentioned below:
2 Drink 1 glass water then walk for 1 to 2 minutes afterward repeat the process until you consume 3 glass of water
3(With this process stomach clears easily)
42. Yog & Meditation
53. Drink for 1 week, Laucki juice 150 to 200 ml, add 4 tea spoon amla juice, 1 to 2 pinch of kaali mirch
6(Do not eat anything afterwards for 1 hour)

Sr.Breakfast
1Sprouts with 1 to 2 pinch of sendha namak as per taste add 1 tea spoon safed till
2Or
3Multigrain Daliya
4Or
5Besan Chilla
6As per wish fruit salad (papaya, apple, orange, half banana) ( if banana is included maximum half banana)
7(Water to be consumed only after 1 and half hour after breakfast)
8-Nimbu paani or nariyal paani after one hour

Sr.Lunch
1Plate full of salad (add some roasted peanut) & Daal soup
2(Note: Water can be consumed only after 1 and half hour after lunch, drink lukewarm water)
3If you feel hungry between 3 to 5 pm drink lot of lukewarm water to curb fake hunger.

Sr.Snacks
1Vegetable Soup or Plate full of tomato as per need or handful of roasted chana or one bowl roasted makhana

Sr.Dinner
1Moong Dal Soup & cooked vegetables
2(Note: Water can be consumed only after 1 and half hour after dinner, drink lukewarm water)

Sr.SleepTime
1Seasonal Fruits
2 In case of sleeplessness take 1 tea spoon baadam rogan in lukewarm water
