Sr.Start your Day
1Copper vessel water ( 2-3 glass )
24 teaspoon amla juice + 4 teaspoon aloe Vera juice + half cup lauki juice ( after 40 mins )
3Apple or banana or papaya or Sharda ( 8.30 am )

Sr.Breakfast
1( 9 am - 9.30 am ) Veg poha with rai & nimbu or oats or multigrain roti with ghia, tinea etc or multigrain chilla with tomato chutney
2Have tea with no sugar after 40 mins of breakfast ( no tea with breakfast)
3Water after 1.5 hour of tea
4Jaljeera or shikanji or beetroot juice ( 12 pm - 1 pm )

Sr.Lunch
1Veggie salad with no salt with corn soup with ajwain & lemon or daal rice or roti sabzi or oats ( 2 pm )
2Chaach (15 mins after lunch )
3Glass of hot water ( 3pm -5 pm )

Sr.Snacks
1Palak, Channa, tomato, mushroom & potato soup Or parvel or bhel salad or fruits( 5.30 pm )

Sr.Dinner
1Glass of water half an hour before dinner
2Soup or ghia tori sabzi or pulao or brown rice or khichdi ( 8 pm - 8.15 pm )
3Milk ( 10 pm )
