| 4 | 2. Yog & Meditation |
| 5 | 3. Drink for 1 week, Laucki juice 150 to 200 ml, add 4 tea spoon amla juice, 1 to 2 pinch of kaali mirch |
| 6 | (Do not eat anything afterwards for 1 hour) |
