

HealMe Sunday Cycling Health Program
ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
HealMe cycling club “Stay Fit, Cycle It!” is organizing a Cycling Event every Sunday in association with ASVCT.org to promote a healthy lifestyle among people. This activity will be held every Sunday for budding/pro cyclists, which requires them to ride a bicycle, choosing their own location, timings, and distance to participate. Let’s take a pledge to adopt a healthy lifestyle by riding a cycle.
Riders have to compete to become a better version of themselves. Awards and closing ceremonies will be held as per the details given below.
- Quarterly Closing Ceremony will be held online on the YouTube channel of HealMe: In this ceremony, the participants will be rewarded on the basis of consistency.
- Half Yearly Final Closing Ceremony will be held at Chandigarh Tricity within 30 days after 6 months: In this half-yearly closing ceremony, the participants will be rewarded on the basis of consistency. In this ceremony, the lucky draw winners will be given gift hampers and surprise gifts.

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
The primary objective of this program is to encourage everyone to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Participants may become role models for others to adopt a healthy lifestyle and bring them out to start sports activities and be close to nature.

- Any Gender
- Age no bar
- Location no bar
- Timing no bar
- No minimum riding condition
