HealMe fitness freak club aims to Motivate all fitness enthusiast to adopt a healthy lifestyle either running or walking. Anyone can share their Activity with us in this club. HealMe is focusing on healing the souls on both physical and mental level to make you happy and content. It is a challenge for everyone to perform these activities for 21 days to move towards a healthier lifestyle.

Come and accept the challenge of Brisk Walk every day minimum 2 KMs, Stay fit, Walk it! Choose your own route, timing…Stay safe, Follow pandemic/traffic rules. Be safe and enjoy running/brisk walk. Join Stay fit, Fitness freak club to upload your rides
“Stay fit, Walk it” is a challenge for everyone to walk consistently for 21 days to move towards a healthier lifestyle.
Why 21 Days?
There is a reason for running for 21 days. It is believed that doing any activity consecutively for 21 days can transform a person’s habit permanently.
HealMe’s sole purpose behind this event is to motivate everyone to adopt a fitter lifestyle. And what is better than walking?

Prizes will be given to participants for every month’s activity.
